Really bad payment issues, lots of internal errors on their part. It gets really concerning trying to sort out their errors when your money is involved.
they do not keep your escrow correct my house payment went up because of the incompetence, last year it went down .I f it would have stayed the original amount when we ought out home in 2016 , we wouldn’t have to pay a higher house payment then the original payment
gives you nothing but a run around, points fingers at others instead of taking fault. does not pay your home owners insurance to your agent like they are supposed to. the worst company ever.
Nothing but a hassle. No one takes responsibility for their mistakes. Don’t return calls when they say. Shuffle you from department to department. Their “policies” are ridiculous, and seem almost criminal. They are quick to take your money, but not so quick to return it correctly.
I have truly enjoyed working with this company. From the beginning, I have had nothing but professional interaction and great support. I would definitely use them again if I needed a mortgage.
Applied on line. 10 days later I got a approval letter in mail. No one ever called me no contact at all. Very unprofessional. Went elsewhere and loan is about done in 10 days.
Update from original post. My cumortgage did go out of their way to correct their mistake. My credit report is cleared, loan paid, and no late payments on my report. Thank you for the prompt professional service.
