Not accommodating – they would not schedule 4 family appointments on the same day. They did it a few years ago, but would not accommodate us this time. What happened to the customer service?
This is the best eye doctor I have ever been to in my 20 years of eye wear. I highly recommend them for their staff’s customer service and for the knowledge and care of the eye doctor.
