  1. Horrible connection and horrible customer service. They have a monopoly over small towns and they use it. If you have any other option don’t use NATCO.

  5. I’ve been in S Lead Hill for over 10 years and every year I’ve been told that we are on a list to get DSL soon…haven’t seen it and guess we never will. So cancelled my phone service with them a long time ago. Come on it’s not the dark ages. WHY can’t you provide something for the customers in your are???

  7. Worst internet that I have ever had!!!!! I can even play Netflix for my daughter, my wife can’t do her school work. The only reason anyone would have internet throw this company is because they are the only one that would provide for them!

  8. Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star, horrible service!! What kind of company charges a cancellation fee when you have to move out an area they provide for, for job relocation!? Ridiculous! I have never dealt with such horrible and unhelpful customer service before either. Clearly they do not value customer care!

  14. The slowest internet I have ever been with. I am paying over $100 for 10Mbps and don’t even get close to that. Unfortunately this is my only option for internet where I live right now. Natco takes advantage of the fact that we have no other options. Being 2018 we shouldn’t have to even be dealing with dial up speeds.

  20. I’ve never had so many problems with this internet. It’s not the companies services, it’s the internet it’s self. We’re being payed way to much for what it is, we’re getting 10 mb or less for 100$ and I’ve had to switch routers 3 times because it’s being really slow.

  23. We have been having problems for several months. Clint R was our technician this final time. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to all of our concerns and worked diligently to make sure all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Hopefully if we ever have issues in the future he will be our tech.

  37. Unfortunately this is the only ISP in the area. Also it’s unfortunate that they are at least a decade behind the rest of the country. They never have any information on when they will upgrade. Only positive is that they are friendly when you call or go to the office. Aside from that seek alternative methods for your internet needs.
