Terrible Communication, over priced installation cost (was suppose to be $289 and ended up with a $465 bill plus the monthly bill of $45), took a month to get Internet. Luckily the internet works good most of the time.

Our internet stops working every night between 9 and 11 pm, until 6 or 7 am the next day. Has been this way for months. Called to get it fixed, they said there’s no problem. Will never get Natel in Fairfield again.
I live in the countryside and Natel is the only service provider that has the ability to provide me with internet. So this is both to say thank you for getting me any amount of internet, but also to say thank you for providing me with great internet!
We use Natal Wifi internet at work; they are always quick to answer the phone whenever i have a question. The few times we’ve had issues they are quick to fix it and we get a weeks notice if they need to maintenance.
I have steady good Ethernet connection and land line. I wish that somebody would come from Natel and connect my landline to more than one phone outlet (since now everybody is wearing masks while working it should be doable) because right now I have phone connected and usable only in one room of my home.
Out of all the internet providers here in town I’ve dealt with all of them, Natel has been by far the best experience in customer service and internet service. Very slow internet. I work from home and this is not reliable. Can pay the same price at Windstream for internet that is 100x faster. Very rude customer service also, they don’t seem to care for concerns about internet and remind you about the one year contract every time there’s an issue.
Burned out 2 modems in one week. Can’t get anyone to respond for repairs. 2 1/2 hours on the phone getting “escalated” and put on hold for 20 minutes between “levels”. Not one person offered any solutions. Almost a week with absolutely no help. I dropped them. Wasted time. Wasted money.
