Electric customer (not by choice), really convenient that I’m not allowed to pay my entire bill at once and instead half to split it and now pay two convenience fees.
For some reason the works think it’s appropriate to idle outside of somebody’s house at 11 at night like people don’t have jobs to wake up early to go to! Way to milk the clock guy
Customer service was extremely rude and condescending. The first rep didn’t even let me finish speaking before transferring me. The second rep talked to me like I was a mentally deficient child
I waited on hold for an hour and a half to be told they could not find my address even though I have an electric account with them. When asked how they could not find it, I was simply hung up on. Are you kidding me with this? Deplorable does not even begin to scratch the surface.
Awful website, and no customer service. I am trying to pay my bill online, and there is no way to do that currently. And I get cut off when I try to call customer service, and have had no response to emails except for the robot-generated confirmation that I sent them something.

Very rude employees. Customer service takes forever to resolve issues. They act like they can’t contact the technicians but they can. I had to wait 48 hours for my service to be turned back on. I am calling my lawyer. I will sue them. I can’t wait to switch my service.
Telephoned the Electric department about a tree hanging on power wire on the road towards home. Maintenance crew came and fixed the problem. Done! Efficient.
