  12. Absolutely awful office. They keep sending me a bill for services they never completed. I have been waiting 9 months to get results back on a CT scan and whenever I call and wait they tell me I’m calling the wrong number but can’t transfer me to the correct one. STAY FAR AWAY

  13. This was one of the worst experience of my life. The Doctor repeated herself multiple times and did not appear to be listening to answers or just didn’t care about our problems. I will not be going back.

  25. $2300 for testing and inhaler rx. Then they told my child he would never achieve his dream career due to asthma. They didnt bill us till 6 months later, which was too late for the health savings account to cover our portion. After a month they sent it to collections. When I called billing they wouldnt do anything.

  26. Exceptional care in every way!!!
The people make the place….. and it is a medical facility! Each encounter is warm and pleasant and it is rare to be called by name and treated with kindness and respect in a world class medical facility.

  29. My granddaughter will be admitted soon. How can you in good conscience require a ,$5000 payment before admitting of a family already in dire financial need because of medical expense? Many children’s hospitals charge the family only what insurance pays. I am deeply disappointed with this situation

  39. Best hospital for lung issues. People come from all over the country to receive care from National Jewish and there’s a reason for it. It is top notch. The building is a bit old but that’s not a big deal. They also have swim lessons for kids in the full size therapy pool which is great because it’s nice and warm.

  51. The best Docs and research facility. They will help everyone, regardless of income. Went for a second opinion and chose them for all future care. My elderly dad is coming for testing, after horrible medical care in South Florida.

  52. The only drag is that I was given an ear test to find out my temperature, I was supposedly high fever so I wasn’t allowed to have the Sleep Study, so I had to wait for the 15 LTD RTD Transit Bus to return to Centerpoint RTD Transit Bus & …

  53. Cleanliness needs attention. Two of the office chairs that we were near were in disrepair and not clean. One was taped together with tape to cover tears – the tape was very dirty. Another chair was filthy underneath and it was completely visible. However, the staff and medical professionals were GREAT

  54. Today is my second visit to National Jewish bringing a patient to her appointment. Today is May 1, 2018 and it is 8:09am. This is our second time here and we had the same very poor experience with the valet. He is rude, condescending, not …

  59. The physicians and staff are truly amazing, lifesavers to say the least !! On the other hand, the billing department is a disaster. Incompetent, rude, arrogant and condescending would be paying them a compliment. I have retained legal counsel to defend myself against their ineptness.

  60. This review is from an employee’s perspective. This is not from a patient viewpoint. Hopefully the HR team can turn this into something positive for future hires. …

  61. Extremely poor experience and communication during my entire process. Still battling a basic allergy test bill from almost 2.5 years ago that was grossly inflated. My doctor was hardly present and obviously had better places to be in our very brief encounter.

  62. Great facility. Received a comprehensive exam and chest x-ray. I also received a timely response from Jennifer Smith PA, explaining the results of my testing. My appointment was conducted on time and expeditiously. This is an amazing facility with amazing people working there.

  63. I love this medical facility. They’re thorough, fast, and very kind and understanding. Just message sure you see a Dr. You’re comfortable with, who listens to you. I have a new Dr. And I’m going to switch. She’s been my only disabling …

  67. My mother has been receiving treatment at this hospital for the past 14 years. We’ve been exponentially impressed at how this hospital operates. I’m pretty sure my mother would be much less healthy if it weren’t for the world class doctors here. It’s a global hub for respiratory care.

  68. Be extremely careful when going to National Jewish for any service. They overcharge for their services and do not tell patients the full costs until way after the fact. I went in for a simple consultation for potential seasonal allergies …

  69. My doctors referred me to Jewish in July of 2018. Time after time I called to check up for an apt after my nurses consult. I begged for the weeks worth of testing to be done before the end of the year. I had met my 6.5k out of pocket for …

  138. Unethical management.Katerina & others lied and said I violated HIPPA from Tobacco Cessation program & HR and most supervisors harassed me until I had to quit for my mental health. I won the unemployment hearing & got a right to sue from EEOC but didn’t do it because I am too busy. Record & document everything.

  139. Not sure I can adequately express how impressed I am with Dr Kasperbauer and Jen Fabre, NP. As NJH is supposed to be a premier diagnostic and treatment center for my conditions, I made a 750-mile bee line to them immediately upon receiving …

  140. Terrible place to work. Very cliquish/immature environment with punitive managers. One whole clinic had every nurse but one quit at once when they were being disrespected by management and ignored by HR. Also, I quit in early may and didn’t get my COBRA forms until mid-July, when I was already well into my next job.

  141. Everything about this place is great. Been having to take our two year old here for a year now and am always happy with the communication between us and the doctors/nurses. Dr. Rabinovitch and his team are awesome.

  142. My physician is wonderful. However, I receive monthly allergy shots. Ever since they moved into their new building there has been a half hour wait just to receive the injection. While in the old clinic building it was usually less than a 5 …

  143. UPDATE: We had a very pleasant and thorough appointment with Dr. Alam last week. He spent lots of time with us, listened, very thorough and allowed us to ask questions. Bloodwork was done and we go back in about 5 weeks. Have to say we …

  144. What a strange place. They force all outpatients to one desk that is low staffed. Absolutely zero signage for what to do. Meanwhile, the actual receptionists for the specific offices don’t actually do anything. The least efficient hospital new patient experience and check in process I’ve ever seen.

  145. The sleep center used to be a very good provider before they built their new building and started having a call center take all the calls. The people working in the call center are obviosly not professionals in any capacity, unlike the …

  146. This has been the worst hospital with the worst doctors ever to work with for my daughter. They made ultimatums and enforced control that deepened my disabled daughters fear of doctors and medical trauma. These people need some serious …

  147. The good and the bad. I’ve been going to National Jewish for years. Just like any experiences with doctor’s offices, you take your chances. I’ve had great docs and departments, and I’ve experienced rude and uninformed staff. The way for …

  148. The doctors at National Jewish are very kind, but the two pulmonary doctors I met with had zero interest in figuring out why my lung kept collapsing because it was not a simple answer. It took a doctor at University of Colorado Hospital to …

  149. After being mis-diagnosed by Presb-St Lukes doctors, I am finally getting meaningful treatment at NJH. I am impressed by most all of the nurses running tests and their equipment is outstanding, but not ‘fancy’. I am thankful they are in Denver.

  150. PREDATORY BILLING! DO NOT GO HERE! I was referred to National Jewish by my doctor when the issue was beyond their expertise. Ultimately I was completely brushed off and was told they did not have any solutions. I found a different doctor on …
