The people that normally check you in are most of the time rude, like you are beneath them. When you get in the back to be seen, it’s a little better.
Every time I come here they have horrible staff and bedside manner. They give you a band aid for the symptoms and shoo you out the door.
They are building a new wing and adding new services to the hospital. It is going to be one of the fastest and up to date medical facilities in the area.
They are very attentive and quick. The doctors there really care even through this epidemic.

With a lengthy stay in the Rehab unit room 1119. “Nan” was treated extremely well every day. Treated with kindness and professionalism. Kudos to the very sweet and attractive nurses and nurses in training.
The care I received was excellent I can not say enough for the staff at heart center and Cindy in rehab.

The hospital is sub standard compared to St Vincent. The rooms are small, dirty and the equipment malfunctions a lot. The food is terrible and most of the staff is uncaring.
