Why do people make appointments???Here you make appointment,you get called multiple time the day before to confirm,then you arrive only to sit and wait,and wait,and wait,and I’m still waiting…not friendly and rude.
Horrible Experience.Never going back. Been one month and still haven’t received my glasses. I call for a manager and he is never there. I called the district office and only an answering machine. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
If I could give no stars I would. Definitely not interested in gaining new customers or retaining existing ones. Worse customer service I have encountered.
This is their corporate office. They have the rudest customer service that exists. They do not want to help. In addition, when you walk into their shops, they are rude and don’t want to deal with you, as if you are bothering them. Stay away from NATIONWIDE VISION! Poor customer service and expensive prices.

Received the same amount of sass and attitude from the corporate office as I did the retail store. This company is a joke. Go here at your own risk.
