Customer service representative gave conflicting information in the same conversation after changing the subject from the question I asked to a question I didn’t have. Perhaps emailing them will be better.
Navient is the most corrupt company in Education. They’re corporate criminals and should be shut down! The people who work there are lousy, incompetent, soulless employees. The whole company needs to be defunded and shut down. It’s an illegal practice.
I sympathize with customer service reps. Navient is consistently horrible in helping desperate borrowers manage their student debt.
I am so incredibly frustrated right now I need to calm down.
