Slow as can be. They are constantly backed up. They over schedule and double scheduled people which causes more congestation plus their front desk staff shows incompetence when it comes to doing their job correctly.

Staff don’t return phone calls from providers. Clients lose services due to improper handling of documentation. Clients aren’t supported adequately, including neglect in making proper referrals. I wouldn’t want a family member using this service.
