We’ve used this company for a number of years. Never had a problem with service. A few times they’ve left a small amount of trash in the bottom of the can, but they eventually get it.
Worst trash company in the area. Countless issues regarding trash pickup. They would say one thing one week. Then the next say something else. Finally canceled service after countless times of trying to resolve the issue.
The gentlemen who pick up my trash are very nice and once even walked to the house and grabbed my trash can when I forgot to put it out. Their rates are the cheapest of any company in the area and the contract is very specific on what they will and will not pickup and what overages I will be charged for.
