Terrible service. Apparently no one can explain accurately where the money goes. When all fails you get sent to an answering machine. Then by a miracle this person is on vacation and no one else knows what’s going on. I wish I could give a 0 star review. I put a 1 Star because I had to, to be able to write the review.
Would give 0 stars. Court ordered child support is a racket for the state to make interest on all money made in this manner. Holding payments for excess of 5 days depending on holidays when everything is forced by the court to go through the process. Corruption at the local level. Be aware.
Don’t waste your time, they really have no idea what is going on. Then say well just wait 30 days. They also like to hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor. Then question why your so upset having to answer a million questions just to talk to someone else. I think they are trained to get you to hang up.

This office has no idea what’s going on ever. I had to call multiple times and multiple people to figure out what was going on with my case. After a month of trying to figure out what the deal was I reached a manager and she was able to figure it all out for me. In the meantime what a freaking headache!!!

When you have question they will transfer you one to others till you end up with a voicemail.
The only company that will negatively credit report you every six months for paying on time and refuse to fix their problem.
Transferred 6 times, had to explain 6 times and they still tried to put there mistake on me. Poor customer service.
