Finally found someone who knew how to be an excellent loan officer. Have dealt with a few loan officers at other local credit unions recently and Summer at Neches Federal Credit Union Bridge City branch is by far the best.

The bank is not very convenient as far as the times they are open and access to making deposits. The atm’s are outdated and do not accept deposits. There are 3 branches all within 1/2 mile of each yet being able to make a deposit is almost impossible. The app is always down and therefore transferring funds is a hit or miss.
