They are charging way more than what their service is worth!!!! The channels constantly go out of service this is the absolute worst company ever but there are not many other options for service in Nelson … definitely a waste of money if you are considering getting it
This company is impossible. I’ve had problems for years and they will Not allow me to speak to anyone other than the customer service liaison. They keep charging more and the service gets works. Both internet and tv… are they funded by tax dollars?
If I could rate a 0 stars I would. We prepaid for a full year and then sold our home and this dishonest company would not refund me any money. The owner was rude and charging for services not received is fraudulent
We haven’t had any TiVo since Friday. When you call they don’t know when they will restore service that I pay for and won’t give us any rebate for lack of service. Worst customer service ever!!!
