  3. The worst internet service I have ever had. Not to mention most expensive. NEP you have a fiber to house network. Why if I am paying for a 50Mb/s service do I only get 17Mb/s. Total ripoff but the only game in town.

  4. NEP cable and internet are totally unreliable. The cable service freeze frames very often and if you need to rely on the internet service, good luck. Cable service is so bad that I’ve been calling them literally for years and still have the problem. I don’t have a choice for these services. If and when I do, I’m switching.

  5. It’s bad, but if you live here you have no other choices. American ISP’s are the worst, sorry NEP but it’s absolutely ridiculous how my family pays $60 a month for “up to” 12 mbps, and we never get speeds nearly that fast. Current download rate: 128 kbps

The person answering the phone was incredibly rude – it was like pulling teeth to get them to tell me about any options available.   13. Never actually used this service but there is a wee guy who appears outside the place sometimes and he always says hello. And I think that’s very nice.
    They also have a payphone outside and that’s an adorable reminder of the 1990s and I don’t know if it works or not, or if anyone remembers how to use one of those.
