The worst internet service I have ever had. Not to mention most expensive. NEP you have a fiber to house network. Why if I am paying for a 50Mb/s service do I only get 17Mb/s. Total ripoff but the only game in town.
In my experience I usually receive service the same day or next. The techs are wonderful as are the office reps. I love how they are always on top of new technology.
NEP cable and internet are totally unreliable. The cable service freeze frames very often and if you need to rely on the internet service, good luck. Cable service is so bad that I’ve been calling them literally for years and still have the problem. I don’t have a choice for these services. If and when I do, I’m switching.

The person answering the phone was incredibly rude – it was like pulling teeth to get them to tell me about any options available. Never actually used this service but there is a wee guy who appears outside the place sometimes and he always says hello. And I think that’s very nice.
They also have a payphone outside and that’s an adorable reminder of the 1990s and I don’t know if it works or not, or if anyone remembers how to use one of those.

I have 25mbps fiber and consistently get speed. I stream movies and browse the web with no buffering. Karen is really great to work with

Local company, offers excellent help with any and all issues. Internet and cable was always good with minor issues.
