Network Health (WI) Reviews ( 63 )

  1. You can’t get thru on the phone.they need to hire more people..It is the corporate executives trying to save money and sacrificing customer service quality to do it..

  2. What has happened to their customer service? On hold for over 15 minutes! Perhaps they need to hire some additional help? Especially since enrollment season is right around the corner!

  3. Very poor customer service – inconsistent information/service and did not follow-up as agreed to. Also, the telephone waiting time was long in my view (20 minutes, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 8-10 minutes) . Yes I’ve had to call 4 times and still my issue is not even close to bring resolved.

  4. Really unsatisfied with the network and providers. Was forced to switch from United Health/Aurora. Options are so limited. Literally only one specialist in 50 miles, unable to get an appointment until June AND no option but to have it video conference!

  5. My husband pays huge monthly premiums for our insurance. We have varying copays for things like doctor visits, ER, etc (which has been going up $5 every year) as well as a $300 deductible and $12,700 out of pocket costs. I am unable to have …

  6. I like the network health but their pharmacy company they work with is absolutely ridiculous!!! Constantly have to put in a prior authorization constantly for the same medication is a strain. First off, I have been doing well on adderall …

  11. A real shame I could not give less than 1 star. If you like to have to choose between paying more for your now out of plan doctor that you love, or getting a new doctor who’s first availability is 3 months from now, than THIS is the …

  12. I hesitated about the 5 stars, but honestly, I couldn’t think of anything that I don’t like about Network’s service. Yes, sometimes, I have to wait to get through on the phone, but never more than a few minutes. The staff there are …

  13. I have been with Network for 5 years and have not had any issues. I like how responsive they are when I have questions. The nice thing is they are local (Menasha).

  14. When I got offered a position at this company a year ago, I was so happy and thrilled to be a part of a company that did something useful and helpful for the community. I thought that the atmosphere was great the people were friendly… …

  15. Network Health didn’t cover the reading of my mammogram! It is recommended that women are screened for breast cancer, but when a woman has “dense breasts”, she should pay for said reading, even though her family has already paid almost $10,000 out of pocket for premiums – not counting the employer’s share!

  16. I started to experience problems with Network Health shortly after ThedaCare decided to terminate it’s relationship with them. Even though these two parties decided to continue through to the end of the year to “ensure a continuity of care” …

  17. Great insurance company. Network Health really cares about its members and, being local, goes above and beyond to support the communities and organizations in both Northeast and Southeast Wisconsin. …

  18. I’ve had a Network Medicare Advantage plan for nine years now and j have never had an issue. I never had to contact Network for incorrect coverage and the few times I had a general question to ask, their representatives have been knowledgeable and helpful.

  19. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in 40 years! Member Service Rep. said & I quote ” She didn’t know if she would have time to get back to me” regarding a claim problem. I’m switching to a different insurance 1st chance I get!

  20. My parents purchased a Medicare replacement plan, network has continually not approved care for them , i have caught them on several occasions commiting fraud and reported it. Unprofessional managers and company dont seem to care. Beware beware I’m actively shopping for a better company. Steer clear for the aging.

  21. Network Health has been great for us for the Last 5 Years. Best benefits for us are that we can go ahead and travel and feel free but we have access to healthcare, the pick your Perks program has been a wonderful ad for us adding silver sneaks for 2022 is a real plus.

  22. Network Health does not care about their policy holders. They need to treat each person, like a person. People are not generic, they are each unique individuals. Network Health does not care that each human has different needs under …

  23. Best health insurance coverage I’ve had since going on Social Security 10 years ago. Network Health has responded promptly to all the tests and procedures I’ve had this past year. Signed up again!

  27. So far so good. I’ve been a member for 2 months. My wife for 18 months. And so far no problems. and any phone interactions I’ve had have went very well. In fact so far I can;t imagine what else anyone could want from a Medicare Advantage Insurance company.

  28. When I have had questions, customer service people have done their sincere best to answer them. I feel like I’m communicating with real people who care. My health care costs out of pocket have been near 0, and I really appreciate having …
