I needed assistance with my card. The woman on the other line was rude to me and hung up on me twice. I simply asked for help and gave my info and somehow she got offended just by that (not kidding or exaggerating) and she hung up on me …
Elko branch is very corrupt. They do illegal and unethical banking practices. I am turning them in, they allow other people not on accounts to take out money!! The bank manager lacks understanding of banking laws. Ashamed I ever banked with them. Think twice before banking with them.
Changing the “rules” for cashing payroll checks without notice proves not only their lack of customer service but what a completely unprofessional establishment they really are. I hope you are proud of yourself, Sir. Thank you for turning your back on essential worker’s and their families during the covid-19 pandemic.
I have bank with them for a decade
they have always helped with a solid understanding of the customer. Love how safety, for account and fraud, is taken seriously… I will keep banking with them over other chain branches that charge way too high fees
