Nevada Comprehensive Pain Management Reviews ( 58 )

  1. Clean yes. Friendly, depends on who you talk too! Wait time, depends again on the time of day. You can wait an hour and fifteen minutes one time, and 15 minutes the next time.

  2. Very unprofessional during Covid they have 8 chairs with 30 people in the lobby which is violation of cdc regulations the staff is rude the lobby is filthy bathrooms are filthy

  3. Clean office and friendly staff. I really like Dr. Parikh. Definitely recommend if you need a pain management dr. Also they got me in quick on my first appointment.

  4. Doctor told me to deal with the pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Who tells a client to deal with the pain? But doctor was quick to jump in the medical assistant business.

  5. 3 months…THREE MONTHS to get a Medicaid issue sorted out! (Not fixed even now) Nothing like spending over 300 bucks out of pocket for meds for 3 months…do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to Henderson and see Dr.Rock….i regret leaving since i moved across town
    .

  6. Front desk staff was stealing my cash copays and not giving me a receipt. I am still getting billed for these appointments. Also, they treat everyone like addicts like you’re just trying to get high. I hope that when they reach my age they have the same crippling pain.

  7. I have been a patient of Dr Coppell for many years and his office is very proffessional and has helped me with my spine (back) and shoulder pain and has also addressed my fibromyalgia issues.I love Dr Coppell and would refer him to anyone..

  8. I love Dr. Parikh & Josh. They always work with me to get me in & the ladies at the front desk (especially Anna) are always pleasant. As with any place their may be personality conflicts but if you give respect you get it back!

  9. Medical assistant is great but behavior of staff and especially call center employees is totally unacceptable. They will be responsible for loss of patients as others like myself will look elsewhere. Three 🌟 reflect incompetent staff only. …

  10. Dr. doesn’t listen to whats going on with the pain. You sit in the waiting room for up to 2 hours when you are on time for you visit. If you disagree with the treatment and ask to try something else they send you away.

  11. Dr. Parihk has been good to me. I would reccomend him to everyone he is an awesome and very skilled dr. to do what he does. i hate to tell you this but, my back is the same as it was b4 i had the nerves burnt. I can’t bend down or over to …

  12. If u are first timer it is very important that you have all information from the other doctor’s and all insurance n be very persistent of want u need and know they r capable of taking good care of you. It’s a nice office

  13. These folks were seeing my wife, a injured veteran returned home with serious injuries to her feet and legs, Dr. Parikh started off great but it turned into a nightmare with his staff, Karen & Amy. these two took it upon them selves to …

  14. Sitting in waiting room waiting over an hour. Notified of a 1/2 hour delay upon arrive for 10.
And will not lower annoying TV running in background. Worse staff.
My time means nothing to them. Not wonder so low rated.

  15. I understand that there are people going to places like this just looking for medication, but that’s no excuse to treat EVERYONE like a drug seeker. Most, like myself, are just looking for pain relief to be able to function. They don’t …

  16. They dropped my husband as a patient because his insurance won’t approve surgery. So, what, a PAIN MANAGEMENT facility won’t help a patient manage his pain because they can’t have their way? What kind of doctor does that? The patient should be first and foremost.

  17. These a$$h0!€s treated my husband like s#!+! First they reduced my husband’s medication to the point that he was running out (of course the drug test won’t show opioids, he ran out long before the next appointment). Then they tried to …

  18. Second visit, second altercation. The office staff here has zero clue how to interact with the people who bring the patients. Here’s a hint: Friends and family members are already taking the day off from work to twiddle their thumbs while waiting. We’re doing a good deed. Putting up with your abuse shouldn’t be part of the equation.

  19. I have been going to this pain doctors office for over two years now and they have helped me several times with chronic pain that I do have and my lower back and in my knees I would recommend them very pleasant employees they greet you very well good bedside manner

  20. The whole staff, excluding 1 female PA and her nurse, are wonderful. Front desk very friendly, MAs are all very friendly and the doctors and PAs are very knowledgeable. I have been going to that same clinic for over 2 years and won’t go anywhere else!

  21. Been with Doctor Coppel’s office for a number of years now, Ive always been treated with great respect. Chrystal in particular has been fantastic in treatment and care, making sure my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and all …

  22. This place is the absolute worst in the entire state of Nevada. The dr’s are cowards afraid of their own shadows… they let the office girls basically run their establishment including taking the liberty of discharging patients while the dr’s cowar behind the scenes. Run from these people as fast and faraway as you can!!

  23. The scheduling department needs to get it right. It’s very frustrating and the Mexican lady with glasses is very rude. I was told I would need injections in my back, but was never explained what would happen. Scheduling left a message and I …

  24. I went there too discuss my MRIs and x-rays with the doctor all they did was take my money did not even take my blood pressure or my weight and I didn’t see a doctor. that is the worst experience I have ever had from a doctor’s office! Do …

  25. I was seen for about 10 minutes and I got a prescription for the same pills that didn’t work before. I now can take them three times a day instead of one, but I need to take 6 two or three times a day… unless he prescribes something that …

  26. Nothing quite like trying to get the doctors to do an appeal so that you can get a basic diagnostic test only for them to give up. My time with them ended with me coming in for my scheduled appointment only for them to tell me. “oh, I’m sorry you came all the way out here, but you’re no longer a patient of ours, have a nice day”

  27. I hate that they schedule you on top of can’t eat or drink 6hours before so when you get here your hungry thristy and then call you two hours after the time they schedule you it’s just not cool

  28. Dr Karno very efficient and Josh listens and gives his patients concern and respect.
Treatment I’m receiving is actual helping after quite a few years with Cronic pain

  29. For about 8 months I’ve been going to the Charleston office. My prescriptions have to be approved through Medicare before I can get them. The only time I didn’t have to wait a couple days for it was when Dr Jason put it into the system …

  30. I have chronic pain due to severe issues regarding my back. They have a surgery center that provides injections to ease the pain. Pain medication and can refer to physical therapy and imaging for a comprehensive treatment.

  31. Dr Karno is awesome, I am so grateful to have had him as my doctor. He essentially changed my life. He helped me so much, I can’t begin to explain how he quite possibly may have saved my life. (Long story.) He is a very kind, and understanding, person. Which I don’t see in doctors I go see for my pain management.

  32. If I had the opportunity to give no stars I definitely would.
Please understand this is not like your scheduling Cox cable to change your installation date this has to do with a patience life. …

  33. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for back pain and to hopefully get shots to help my back but I needed an MRI. My mistake was not leaving with the order in my hand as they didn’t send it to the imaging center. I called the imaging center to …

  34. It is has great doctors in Dr. Kanno and with Josh the P.A. That being said appointments are VERY hard to reschedule as they “are booked solid” far out. That is a problem when you have something serious come up and cannot keep your …

  35. Dr.Andrew kelner..Very good personal, Good communications,Good expanded He do a good job..
Every Staff and nurse every , polite nice, good communications.Over all 10/ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you very much.

  36. My neck pain scale 1 to 10 was one instead of physical therapy they suggested shots in my neck. Since I had the shots 11 months ago been having nonstoping headaches since. These people don’t want to help their patients. It’s only business.

  37. This is the most unprofessional pain management center on earth . Completely Negligent. I saw the doctor on August 20 thit’s 23rd and was told that he would that he was submitting 2 procedures to my insurance company. Let’s be clear here …

  38. Dr. Karno and his staff have helped me tremendously over the past few years. When I first came to them I was in pain 100% of the time. It hurt to stand walk sit and lay down ! With treatment I have continued pain as it can go no further …

  39. They have been very helpful and are addressing my pain and concerns professionally. Some people complain about having to wait. I don’t have a problem waiting because I know they are giving everyone the time they should to go over things …
