Most poorly run office. Rude front desk girls. Especially celeste. Steer clear of this doctors office. If you value your sight and want professional and caring services look elsewhere.

The staff is rude. Specifically the white staff. They were very short and cold towards my aunt and I. When calling to speak with someone they’re unpleasant. An all around displeasure to be there. The only good aspect is the thoroughness of the appointment. However it took 3 hours for an intake. Do better.
Please be aware if you go here that the staff that work here (not the doctors, but their office staff) are legit some of the most unkind people you will interact with. It almost seems like that’s a requirement to work here… Please, can we get some new office staff that treat people with kindness and respect?

My mom had cataract surgery by Nevyas over a year ago and she is still experiencing extremely bad vision. After being prescribed a zillion drops along with monthly office appointments (including Dr.’s telephone consultations), Wills Eye emergency visits & cancelled appointments I can not recommend their services.
Dr Wallace was amazing and thorough with her follow ups. And the one lady (Kristin) was quick to get my questions to the doc and send any responses timely. It is a busy place though so expect to spend all day there. Parking is free.
