Extremely rude, unhelpful, and snooty women!! The only bright light in this place is LaTonya! She will do everything to help and with a smile! Good Luck trying to get any help from anybody else.
Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. These ladies need to find another job if customer service is not their strong suit. Either that or they need to get laid…PRONTO
Lights are out at 2 am after a beautiful day and it’s been hours now…. no clue what’s going on or why all customer service lines are off the hook. Just sitting in the dark while my 2 month old baby sweats… paying good money here…
Frequent power outages…another one tonight. Weather is not bad…slow drizzle right now. Called electric company and the man was very rude…said they were working on it then hung up on me. Well if they would get out and trim all the trees off the lines they might could keep power running.
This man that picked up was miserable. Whatever his deal is, he needs to get over it and be more helpful. I give my address and everything to come fix Blue Springs’ power but he constantly keeps asking for it over and over. This just made …
Power is always out. They add mysterious charges to your bill and won’t even explain why. If the power is out and you call to inquire about it the staff are always very rude and will say they are working on it and hang up. If you could pick …
Rudest and least helpful employees I have ever seen. Online billpay site is 15 years obsolete. unpredictable billing cycles. no autodraft option. Myopic and self defeating policies surrounding the Covid economic downturn. …
I delivered a load at the Bankhead location and I must say I feel jealous. These guys come to work with smiles great attitudes, and they move as one cohesive unit with hand signals and proper unloading techniques works great as a team the …
Worst electric company ever. The linemen are fantastic and do their best to resolve outages quickly but the company itself takes no measures to actually FIX the problems and the employees, Doris in particular, have no business working with …
I have lived in New Albany for years and luckily have only had to call this establishment twice! The office staff are so rude, and unhelpful. If you don’t like your job please find employment elsewhere. The only reason the employees are …
Place is a joke, rude customer service, had my account set up on autopay because I travel for work and when the system messed up and didn’t process my payment they shut my utilities off when I wasn’t even a full month behind. Not so much as a courtesy call. I don’t even get paper statements.
Customer service is awful. I havent even moved to the area yet, but called to see if I could pay my deposit over the phone to make sure my power is on when we move in. They said there’s nothing they can do over the phone and expect me to …
The office staff are terrible. The only one who talks to you nice and treats you like your something is Donna. I went up there yesterday asking why our bill gone up an extra $200. The blonde girl asked for the home address, i gave it to …
Power is out yet again. It’s becoming a regular thing. We pay good money and have to sit in the dark for hours at a time at least once a week. Whenever you call Doris answers the phone, she has the biggest attitude problem I’ve ever seen. …
I have always found the staff helpful, sometimes above and beyond what I had anticipated after reading the other post. I mean everyone seemed to really try hard to get you taken care of no matter what issues you were facing., That deserves …
Customer service is non existent. Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. Always have an attitude. Like you are bothering them. As much as the citizens of Union county pay for their power you would expect to be treated with a little …
My husband and I are new in town and appreciate the ladies who helped us with getting power to our new home. After reading reviews wasn’t sure what to expect when walking in but we were appreciative of how they took care of us. We know …
when the power is out it would be nice if they didn’t take the phone off the hook. can’t do that assuming you know all the spots that are out in a storm. waited once till they opened only to be told in person well we thought we knew every …

Easter sunday, barely raining and the power is out again!!! Answer the freaking phones so we can report it! A joke of an electric company!!!
In two years they have made a bunch of positive changes. Power outages are not as frequent or long.

The only company providing service that has a busy phone signal all day. Wish I could use a different provider.
