I’ve been receiving notices from this doctor office. I have never been there, nor have I ever heard of them until I began receiving text messages. I requested that they stop sending me messages.
Dr. Ricardo is personable easy to talk to and give my concerns to. He is engaged and very knowledgeable. Great staff my needs are always addressed and met.
Not to impressed with the initial looks of the office but the staff seems very friendly. The smoke detector in the waiting room is hanging out of the ceiling and about to fall down, and the sectional is not something that you would want to sit on in a doctor’s office.
I love them…they really listen well & seem to really care. They are so nice & very professional. They give you detailed information about what’s wrong & make it really easy to understand which I love. They are the best doctors I have been to in my 30 years of life lol I definitely recommend them!!
The office staff is really nice but Ricardo never listens to me when I talk to him about my anxiety and depression. I’ve had it for years and he gives me a low dose and barely lets me get a word in. He’s just trying to get patients in and out and go home. Would not recommend him.
Was only here for 3 visits. My first visit was pretty routine including blood work. Received results back quickly but called in for abnormalities. Was informed I had traces of an STD, which I went straight my husband of 10 years very upset. …
If you’re looking for a doctor, New Day Family Practice is hands down the best doctors office in town! Dr. Black, Ricardo & Ty are all three so friendly and really take their time with their patients. I would definitely recommend.
Need to be put out of business never answer the phone been calling for 2 weeks can’t even get a returned phone call also been leaving messages. No one is never in the office finding a new doctor today. If u call right now I promise you won’t get a answer or returned call very unprofessional….
Won’t release medical records, violating civil right laws. Ciox Health vs Alex AZAR, a practice can’t withhold medical records for any reason. It’s bad when you have to get a lawyer to get medical records.
