Loooooong wait time. Every time I’ve been there, there is a minimum 30mins wait time after your scheduled time. Every inconvenient if you are taking time off work or have something lined up. The doctor and PAs are good though.
I’ve been coming here for a few years, everyone is nice and I’ve had no problems. However, I’ve always had to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, even if you have first appt of the day. Be prepared.
I have been using Dr. Bain for many years. Even in Covid, I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes to get into a room. Dr. Bain is excellent.
