It’s hard for me to understand all of the extremely negative reviews – my personal experience is that they are fast to show up when called, took extra time to explain things to me (a new homeowner with many questions), and their call center folks are friendly and very helpful. I am the last person on Eversource’s run and the lines after it are NH-Coop’s. They removed the tree in a couple hours, left me a couple logs, and cleaned up. Great people.
