I bought the internet and had problems because my outlet is in my kitchen. I raised the router and put it on top of my refrigerator and it started working. Try raising your router up as high as you can and your internet will work better. Also upgrading the firmware in the router helps.

This is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. They charge $80 a month for 6 mbps DSL service. My friend who lives in Huntsville has Gigabit internet for around $50 a month. I understand they are a little bit on the rural side but $80 is a lot of money for sh*tty speed.

I’ve been a customer (CoOp member) for 30 years. The few service issues that I’ve had over the years have been addressed quickly by competent, friendly and helpful technicians. The couple of times I’ve needed to visit the office, I was greeted by friendly staff and my requests were taken care of quickly and professionally.
We haven’t had a single problem with our internet since it was first installed. Customer Service is easy to deal with, the set up was super easy as well.
bills don’t show a due date. disconnect without warning. if one day late they charge $25.00 for office reconnect charge even tho not disconnected. the only reason for having this service is i need the internet and nothing else here.
I called today and spoke to Ashley, she was very helpful and explained things to me (as a NON-techie person) this was very helpful. I was on and off the phone with all questions answered and service installation date, set up in just about 15 minutes. Look forward to doing business with NHTC.
Can’t say enough about NHTC. We very rarely have any network issues. We also have their security system installed. Whenever I have had to call they take great care of me.
