As a visitor it was hard to find parking because the people who work there that have the logo on the side of their vehicles or parking in the visitors parking spots
I paid off an old bill. And moved into a new place. They came and hooked up the gas to the new place. They sent the bill to the old address. Common sense lacks with their customer service representatives.
Your website, unlike other Utilities, Internet providers, phone services, is very user unfriendly when it comes to seeing previous payments made. Need to update site so a customer can tell what payments have been made and what payments are pending. Very troublesome.

Such a great company! My roommate and I smelled gas and after calling their number (at 9 o’clock pm) within 15 minutes Jim came and was so thorough and clear. He really took his time and made us feel very safe!! He was absolutely fantastic!
It took 4.5 hours to get a call back. I can only hope that the service would be faster if I had a gas leak. What is going on with customer service at the utilities?
Been on hold for 70 minutes to find out why no one came out for our appt today after I confirmed it twice last week!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! Wonder if they are ever going to answer????

It’s good cause It’s close by. So I can pay gas bill in person.
The service is very slow, the customer service is not informative at all. waited for at least 6 hours to get my service turned on.
I really like the way they give back to the community. They have a great partnership with the United Way.
