Love New Mac. Always willing to answer my questions. They are quick to resolve issues.
The electric service is par with other electric companies, however the office employees are aweful hard too work with and must have no experience with there own user agreements.
I only gave them one star because that’s the least amount I could give . I called because my power went out and the lady I talked to was very rude and unhelpful . When I would ask a question she would completely ignore it .
They are mediocre at best. Very callous and unwilling to work with anyone for payments. However, they are a little later than the shut off date to shut off your power.
Very expensive and unhelpful. Especially when it states in their newsletter”That if you need help with your bill to call and make arrangements.” That’s a lie.
Very friendly and quick to address power outages. I have had great service with them for almost 40 years!
They have always been very good at repairing an outage. I have been treated well at the Anderson office, whenever I had any questions.
Not very friendly. Cold, uncaring. Have disabled people and children and had the power disconnected over a matter less than $20. Some employees are alright, but as a whole the company is callous.
The rudest employees and worst customer service ever. From the moment I set up my account to after I closed it. The company as a whole is awful. I honestly won’t move into a home if they’re through newmac.
I’ve had a good overall experience with this company. There aren’t many options around and they do what they can to work on outages as they happen. I recommend them very much.
Pleasant to work with. Even called during a peak time to give me advanced notice of my bill being higher than normal as to not leave it to surprise.
Had an issue with billing but was able to get that handled through management. The manager took the time to listen and resolve the issue instead of passing judgment on me. After 5 or more years of service this has been the only issue I’ve had.
Great provide and quick times for getting power back during outages but for the love of god there needs to be a emergency line of something cause I’m sick of the power cutting out in the middle of a storm after 5 and all my food spoiling because the fridge stops working

Some employees at the neosho office are nice but overall this is the worst utility company I’ve ever had service through and wish there was another option on a utility company to use. Rates are high and never willing to work with you. In my opinion they take advantage of their customers being that there is no other option.

Outages are not few and far in between. They have more often than not and when they happen it takes hours to come back on. Office staff is also extremely rude. If you don’t have to move to an area with NewMac then don’t. Seriously the worst.
