Customer service is a mess. They don’t follow their own policies in regard to communication. When you pay for service fees over the phone you find on the next bill they were not paid yet the money was taken out of you account. I wish there was another option for this joke of a company.

PNM is the same. Who has a customer service line open only from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday with long wait times? If they want to operate like a government agency they should just be nationalized.
I loved working with the company. I just HATE your online service. It needs to be easier to use bill pay with a Debit or Credit card instead of always redirecting to Bank routing number. Also a way to put in a discount service for your online instead of calling a call center.

They will “lose” your termination request and rack you up a bill. Then they force a payment to settle the debt dispute the fact it was their own fault. They are rude and treat people like dirt. Horrible company to deal with and I feel sorry for anyone forced to use their products.
