  7. Power outage and nobody to call. 1 number says they are closed, the other number says Emergency Power is unavailable. That doesn’t seem safe or smart. The bills are decently cheap, but the service needs work.

  10. I have never been so financially in the hole in my entire life, thanks to these guys. Who charges $80 to cut your power off? These guys. I have more fees than my entire yearly bill combined. I and I’m sure hundreds of others wish this wasn’t the only power company in nsb.

  11. Had a power issue they were there in about 15 minutes to fix our power!! Can’t thank you enough for getting to my house so quickly. Crew was also very friendly.

  12. The customer service and the billing department are the best at being proactive; in reaching out to their customers. I also recently met with Customer Service with a billing concern. We were able to resolve the concern (my error), with an appropriate resolution.

  13. Horrible customer service, constantly putting you in the hole. 160 to cut off my utilities with a 20 minute notice before doing so, even after I had already paid the bill they still cut my utilities. Not only that, but the hold times for calling are ridiculous.

  14. We lost power during Irma at 9pm Sunday night. New Smyrna Utilities had our power back up by 3pm Monday. Thank you for all your hard work. You are appreciated!

  16. Haven’t called them in years. Had a power outage today. Got the recording and it cited where there was the power outage. Just that fast and power was back on. No waiting f for long automated message either! Yeah way to go and serve your customers. A big thank you
