Friendly and helpful staff, no issues dealing with insurance, had my MRI within a few days of scheduling and on the day of my test, they got me in within a few minutes of my appointment time and out in probably less than 30 minutes.

This is a wonderful imaging center with patient, experienced, professional, and empathic personnel. Lydia (front desk), Brigitte (MRI tech), Brenda (Scheduling), and JoAnn (in Dr. Schwer’s office), made my last MRI experience easy and stress free. Dr. Schwer, radiation oncologist, is fabulous.
I have used Newport Diagnostic Center three times now for my pre-operative and diagnostic X-rays, MRI, and CT scans. They are efficient, do a great job at making the process as painless and headache free as possible, and best of all the staff is friendly and cares.

Their staff was wonderful! I was late to my appt. and they still allowed me to get my MRI’s done. They were very kind and ensured that I was comfortable through the whole visit.
The facility was clean. They were very friendly, nice and efficient and went out of their way to make sure i was comfortable. The whole scan took approximately 3 minutes tops. I was surprised.

This facility is fantastic. I had a pelvic ultrasound scheduled for a 3:15 check in and I was in my car driving away at 3:45. They run a tight ship and the technician Megan was kind and gentle.
