Garbage hospital. The billing department will make your life a living nightmare. They send your bills to the wrong address. They don’t try to get in touch with you any other way. They forget to submit claims to insurance. They immediately send you to collections after all the screws up THEY make.

Dropped in for urgent care as my kid had been vomiting for days. Got taken back within 30 min. Gave history to RN and then PA. IV fluids administered and antinausea drugs. Dr checked in at the 2 hr mark. Rehydrated and sent home at the 5 hr mark Par for the course on a busy Sunday Night.
Garbage hospital. The billing department will make your life a living nightmare. They send your bills to the wrong address. They don’t try to get in touch with you any other way. They forget to submit claims to insurance. They immediately send you to collections after all the screws up THEY make.
