Lousiest customer service ever. Eagle will work with you when you have a hiccup with payment but Nextech will charge $115 dollars on top of what you owe if you’re late.
We had a new phone system installed at Thunder Ridge Middle School. Nextech did a great job of installing our phone system. Nextech completed the installation in a timely fashion allowing us to go about our day with few disruptions.

Services have become over priced in the years I’ve been a customer. Was recently switched to a new email service and NT did not configure it properly and we were unable to send attachments for a week for my business. Took a technician from Eagle Business solutions to diagnose the trouble. Very disappointing.

These guys get you taken care of! Their service is amazing and if there are any problems they are immediately fixing the problem. My router started acting up over a weekend and after I called them they took action right away to make sure I had the best experience possible.
