This place discriminates against the disabled and refuses to help make their places handicap accessible, but also requires you to spend a ton of money on a lawyer if you want that done.

My husband and I have lived at one of their Evanston properties for 5 1/2 years. Awesome location! Close to restaurants, shopping and the Davis Street Metra/CTA stop. The management company is family owned and they have been very responsive to our needs. They have been great to work with! Highly recommended.

I am very displeased with the way accessibility for all residents is being handled here. There are perfectly reasonable options to make the parking situations safe and convenient for other residents, but no one seems to want to make the effort to make even a small amount of change.
