The receptionists are terrible and unhelpful. Don’t bother calling the office unless you want to schedule an appointment. The receptionist I spoke with was unwilling to help me with anything else or answer any questions. But the doctor was young and pleasant.
Love that they have hours outside of 8-5 so I don’t have to take time off of work for an eye appointment. Also had PRK surgery 2 years ago and wish I had done it a long time ago!
Unfortunately, my experience was rather limited. I waited for more than an hour following the appointment time, most of the time in a small examination room, and the doctor (Dr. Nachtigall) has never come. So, I left. I had been much luckier on previous visits – even saw a doctor!
