Terrible to work with. Have called/emailed numerous times. Every time I do a correction I get an email saying I did it wrong. But no staff is willing to tell me how to do it correctly
Wrote a very respectable letter to Ryan in my capacity as Normanna Township Treasurer for the past 28 years and received no response or acknowledgement of receipt of letter. I think we should expect better !!

In addition to the standard awfulness that is taxes they charged a $15 fee because I was off by $0.17. What a complete and utter waste of everyone’s time. Not even worth the stamp. It’s unfortunate these people can’t find something productive to do with their lives.
I wish I would have remembered the name of the person that helped me today. It was a very good experience. Thank you for your time you made my life easier.
