The staff is courteous and professional. Nice office with ample seating. I seldom wait more than 10 minutes and complete my entire office visit within 20 minutes.
I like Dr. Ku, but the office staff is terrible! The appointment desk is always “unavailable” and when the recording asks you to leave a message don’t even bother because no one will ever return your call. I just spent 11 minutes on hold before being disconnected.
The wait times are unbelievable even if you show up before your appointment time. The service is moderate, if given an option, I’d definitely go to other better places.
I’m not sure where all these negative reviews came from, but don’t let them scare you. I went there today, and the experience was great. The waiting room was about 3/4 full for a 3:30 appt. I saw Dr Ku, and was checked out and heading home by 4:10. Amazing. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly.
Worse place ever to get your glasses. I have waited 5 weeks to get them. First they did a bad prescription then they told me they would redo it and get me new glasses. I waited another 3 weeks and now they tell me the guy running that section left and they have idea if they put in my new prescription. This is insane.

I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about the front desk associates, they have always been courteous, and up-front with my visits. The wait time is longer than other offices, but the Doctors and Assistants are among the best in Dallas. I’ve been to 4 or 5 practices and this is one of the most advanced and organized I’ve been to.
