Absolutely NEVER do business with this company. No communication, no one ever knows what they are doing, no returning of emails/phone calls. If you want the worst and most expensive service, this is your place.
Switched carriers, but they wanted to keep the autopay. Took lots of emails & a few weeks to get them to stop billing me. Now, a bunch more emails & months later, they say the will finally refund what they owe, but not for a few more weeks. …
