Dr Parks was great. My problem is with billing. Was told one amount and based my decision on that. Price of surgery and etc was more than doubled! Absolutely unacceptable!

I noticed some distortion in my right eye. I called and the folks at NFEC worked me in within 24 hours. After a extremely thorough exam, Dr. Hewitt made a diagnosis and schedule an appointment within four working days with a retina specialist. Wonderful practice. My only complaint is the wait time to finally see the doctor after her medical assistant has already done the preliminary work up. Today I waited 30 minutes before seeing the doctor and that is about normal.

My wife and I have been patients of North Fulton Eye Center for a number of years. Dr. Susanne Hewitt recently performed cataract surgery on me and she has done both of my wife’s eyes in recent years. My annual eye checkup (8/12/2022) went smoothly as it has in past years. The staff and Doctors are knowledgeable in both the tests they preform on my eyes and summary judgment in results of the eye exam.
