72 minute wait in a worn out waiting room in Cumming. Then a prescription that was contraindicated with a drug I am taking and listed on my medical history. My pharmacy couldn’t get them to call back and neither could I. My guess is this guy has so many patients they can’t look after new ones.
Dr. Futrell has zero bedside manner. Was rude to my mother who had a stroke, dismissive and arrogant. We will do everything in our power to avoid this practice.
