  9. All the staff that assisted me when I opened my account were very helpful and polite. They do charge when you pay with a debit card BUT you can go on their website and pay with an electronic funds check free of charge.

  10. I lost power around 1 o’clock in the morning, so I reported it on the website. Shortly after not even ten minutes a lady called me confirming my address and that my power was out, then not even an hour later they were out there and restored my power. Great response and service!!!

  11. Opened a contract with the company. Moved into the house. And there is no electricity. No heat. No food. There is nothing. My family is homeless all weekend ahead. Who will pay for your mistake? Who will feed and warm my family? What is your right to violate human rights ??? The worst company and service.

  12. I would give you negative stars if it were an option. I’d give almost anything to be able to switch to a different power company. While the customer service talks down to you I guess they at least do it with a smile so it’s still sounds polite,so I’ll give you that.
