Christmas Day and the water has been out in Baileyton, Mountain Loop, Lost Mountain areas ALL DAY. There is NOBODY TO CALL. Worst utility company ever.
Worst payment portal and always getting past due bills. Wish there was auto pay for their website. Took several months to have someone come out to just mark where my meter was. If it was feasible to have well water where I live, I’d get a well dug and not use this company.
