Very Disorganized, they never return calls, it looks like chaos there. They have a high turnover, on staff and doctors.
They don’t call in prescriptions when they say they are going to, leaving you sick waiting for days until they finally get around to it. It’s a shame.

Dr Joseph Lambert is great. Listens well and ensures all my questions are addressed. And the urgent care option has saved me a number of times.
The only complaint that I have Is, that I cannot see my primary care Dr. When I need to. I have to either wait a month or 2 or see a P.A.
The PA is great but I have been seeing Dr Lambert for over 10 years. There should be some kind of consideration for this.
