Has anyone ever gotten through to anyone on their antiquated phone system? Based on reviews how hasn’t NJPUC done something to mandate better service levels?
spoke with Doris, extremely helpful, I sent email and got an immediate response. I’m not sure why there’s negative reviews , as far as i’m concerned they are very professional and responsive. Thank you guys
Horrible service, a zero star would be way too high. I do not know how these people are allowed to have a job. Truly the most useless and horrible people that I spoke to all year.
I would give a zero if I could. Flat out miserable people working here. You can’t get a straight answer from them. I hope they all end up unemployed and then maybe they can appreciate the job they had.
They don’t send invoices until they can charge you a late fee. Also their website doesn’t allow payment. They also charged me more than what my suez meter read.
Inaccurate billing. Never sent us a bill or email of a bill for the past 3 bills now. You can never get ahold of anybody via phone or email. It’s a complete disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. The payment system is from 2000 and extremely antiquated. But the biggest issue is if they overbilled you, there is nothing you can do. They don’t respond and continue to charge you interest.

Absolutely rude, illegal and unreasonable!! The bill was not sent out and all they did was to intimidate and demand interest payment. Complete mafia.
