Really nice staff, just slow getting a room, but what can’t you say it’s the only one in Minneapolis with good parking and everything possible health treatment big or small in one place.
All the parking is blocked off except for valet. There are signs directing you to other blocked off ramps. Everytime I come here there’s always a hassle.
When I was here everyone was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They really took good care of me and made a difficult experience a bit more tolerable.

They did not care about my mental health. I was simply another paycheck to them. I was treated so poorly and I will never go back there even if my life depended on it.
Have to keep reminding the staff what was needed. At one point they left my fiance in the shower by himself for 20 mins without the help he needed all because a nurse was almost off duty.

I was at North Memorial for choking 11/14/17. Had to have an endoscopy to remove food. Someone during my emergency stole my charger and $48 out of my purse. I was the only one there and staff so some staff stole my belongings while dealing with choking. I did call and report the theft.
Had my son 11-30-15 I enjoyed my stayed doctors, nurses very professional and friendly they make you feel they care and not just another patient on their list… wonderful and amazing experience and best doctors !!! I recommend this hospital to other mothers expecting !!!

They are taking care of my father in icu pretty well. My complaint is the cafe. Myself and others in my family got food poisoning after eating the food. We know it’s the food because that’s the only place we’ve ate at.

Doctors absolutely suck and don’t know what they’re doing or care. You could be poisoned or have a knife stuck in your back and they’ll make you wait 4 hours to get checked in and then they’ll tell you it’s nothing serious. I hate all of them with a passion.

I was at North Memorial for choking 11/14/17. Had to have an endoscopy to remove food. Someone during my emergency stole my charger and $48 out of my purse. I was the only one there and staff so some staff stole my belongings while dealing with choking. I did call and report the theft.
Had my son 11-30-15 I enjoyed my stayed doctors, nurses very professional and friendly they make you feel they care and not just another patient on their list… wonderful and amazing experience and best doctors !!! I recommend this hospital to other mothers expecting !!!

They are taking care of my father in icu pretty well. My complaint is the cafe. Myself and others in my family got food poisoning after eating the food. We know it’s the food because that’s the only place we’ve ate at.

Doctors absolutely suck and don’t know what they’re doing or care. You could be poisoned or have a knife stuck in your back and they’ll make you wait 4 hours to get checked in and then they’ll tell you it’s nothing serious. I hate all of them with a passion.
