Tried calling for 3 weeks to pay my bill. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I went on their website and found out that I would have to pay a $25 reconnect fee because they can’t pick up the phone. Personally, I don’t feel like this is MY problem and I shouldn’t have to pay for that. I’m switching services as I type this.
