They double billed me for service already covered by contract. A certified copy of the agreement was sent but NRA referred the matter to a collection agency in CA. Their billing is a huge red flag.

Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone,couldn’t email nor get anyone to call back. My account was placed into collections with me having a dual insurance policies for $57.67.I’m very disappointed in the billing department.
Customer service is garbage.They hung on me twice for no reason. Sounds like they are lazy and not want to help.
