The office help is terrible and it seems when you talk to someone about a certain problem you are guided to another that has zero idea what you’re talking about. I am moving my kids on to another practice for this very reason.
I have been coming to this practice for 21 years now…the doctors in this group are so knowledgable and the nurses as well….the front office is helpful and accommodating…love North Shore Peds.
Dr. Tom is the best!! Intelligent, great bedside manner, takes the time to patiently listen and offer detailed explanations and advice. The kids adore him and we do to!
