I saw Dr Kaiser. He was abrupt and didn’t seem to care about my issue at all. Gave me a scrip I had to drive all over to get filled. Had to find a compounding pharmacy and they the didn’t take my insurance
I saw Dr. Chiara, horrible bed side manner. I initially thought the reviews were a little harsh and I was referred here from my doctor… but they are not wrong! I would not recommend North Valley ENT to anyone. I will be going else where.
