Trying to get water service and it’s unbievable wow difficult they are. Never seen a service company so demanding and plain unfriendly. You would think good management would rectify issues and provide good polite reasonable solutions
Often next bill pay does not reflect total amount due. I had a $46 bill was charged $92 then I got home to find a lock on the water I removed the $2 lock and was charged $98 for it . This is happened twice .
I called inquiring about water lines on my property due to someone clearing my land with a bulldozer. A technician came to my property within minutes .He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. By the way, this was the day before Thanksgiving too.
Our bill has been on bank draft since day 1. Got a copy of my bill about 2 weeks ago. States not to pay. Will be paid by bank draft. Not due until nov. 3. Got text today 10/26/19 stating past due and will be cut off on Monday 10/28 if not paid. I am on vacation in Texas and their office is closed until Monday.

Not sure how anyone could rate this place 1 star. Staff was pleasant and had no issue paying a bill. I wonder if the 1 star ratings are due to late bills and shutoffs. Nothing wrong with the place. It’s clean and modern. They even accept cards which beats out FPIA….which is also a friendly staffed place.
