What a joke. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Half of the time it is impossible to pay your bill online because the website doesn’t work. The billing department is the main issue… made multiple mistakes in the last few months. incorrect balances… billing for overdue balances that don’t exist… etc.

3 weeks customer Very unhappy with their service so . They shut the power off tell me by txt and voice calls . It was going off at 9am. The shut the power off at 5am. I use a CPAP. Getting to sleep 3 am and woke up 5 am was not fun. I go to …
