Drove 3 hrs to get my dad to his appointment to see dr. Bonnatus, showed up an hour early expecting to be seen earlier than his appt time, waited 45 min after his appt and still waiting!! Horrible services and no considerstion. Receptionist was rude and not helpful.
I personally feel that the medical Staff and Doctor’s at Northern Arizona Orthopaedics care for the health of their patient’s! They are nice and really caring for others. I can not express how fortunate I am to receive such care and medical treatment!
